Nach zwei Jahren Pause erscheint nun das aktuelle und 13te Album von Faber. Die Auszeit hat sichtlich gut getan. „Monumentum“ strotzt wieder vor frischen und neuen Ideen. Dabei ist Fabers unverkennbarer Stil natürlich geblieben. Die Soundauswahl ist dieses Mal etwas anders. Neben den bekannt elektronischen Sounds mischen sich auch echte natürliche Instrumente. So sind auf „Monumentum“ gleich zwei Gastmusiker vertreten: Jann Hansen an der Posaune und Freddy Schlender an der Gitarre. Dadurch erhält das ohnehin schon abwechslungsreiche Album eine zusätzlich organische Note. Trotz der unterschiedlichen Stilrichtungen klingt das Album wie aus einem Guss. „Monumentum“ wurde klanglich nicht überarbeitet. 100% Faber.
