 „Synergos“ ist ein langes, flüssiges Musikstück, beruhigend und umfassend. Fast 40 Minuten von Anfang bis Ende an einem Stück. Dies ist meine anspruchsvollstes Werk, eine einzige Sequenz von 40 Minuten zu komponieren und produzieren, in dem ein externer Sequenzer alle poly-rhythmischen Schritte verwaltete während der interne Sequenzer die längeren musikalischen Einsätze bearbeitete. In der Entstehung dieses Projekts wurden zwei Hardware-Geräte gebaut, um die Sound-Palette zu erweitern, die in diesem Album benötigt wurde und um zusätzliche kompositorische Kontrolle zu haben. Das erste ist die SID Box 6561, ein Synthesizer, der um den Commodore C64 SID Sound-Chip gebaut wurde, während das zweite der Skylight MSS 2007 Midi Step Sequenzer ist. Der MSS 2007 betreibt alle Sequenzen and Drum-Parts, während die SID Box Soundeffekte und Streichinstrumente liefert.
 "Synergos" is one long and fluid piece of music, soothing and encompassing. Almost 40 minutes from start to finish in one bite. It is my most ambitious creation, composing and producing a single unit of 40 minutes where an external sequencer was dealing with all the poly-rhythmic steps while the internal Apple based sequencer was dealing with longer musical cues.
In the making of this project, two hardware devices where built in order to extend the sound pallete used in the album as well as provide additional compositional control. The first is the SID Box 6561, a synthesizer built around the Commodore C64 SID sound chip, while the second is the Skylight MSS 2007 Midi Step Sequencer.
The MSS 2007 drives all sequences and drum parts, while the SID Box provides sound effects and strings.
