 Die Geschwindigkeit des Lebens ist das Thema von Stefen Erbe´s neuestem Werk: "Speed of Life". Mit mal treibenden, mal schleppenden aber immer drückender Rythmen ist seine Musik Abbild des neuen Zeitgeistes unserer Gesellschaft, einer immer schneller werdenen Welt. Songs der ruhigeren Gangart scheinen uns dabei förmich zur Ruhe und zur innerern Besinnung aufrufen zu wollen. Mit vielen Sequenzen angereichert, wird das Album durch poppig Melodien getragen. Diese gehen nicht nur direkt ins Ohr und verweilen dort bis zum nächsten Mal, sondern lassen Stefan´s Handschrift deutlich erkennen. "Speed of Life" ist ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Album zum abdriften träumen und wenn sein soll auch mal zum abzappeln. |
 The “speed of life” is the name and theme of Stefen Erbe´s latest creation. With once driving, once dragging but always pushing rhythms, his music is an image of the new spirit of the age of our community, an always speeding up socienty. Songs with a more silent pace seem to invite us to silence and inner reflection. Enriched by many sequences, the album is carried by poppy melodies. They do not simply reach your ear instantly and remain there until the next time, but clearly show Stefan’s handwriting. “Speed of life” is a very diversified album to drift away, dream and sometimes dither. |
